Advertising
Wherever possible, we advertise in full colour, using large photographs, often with internal shots and garden views showing your home to its best advantage. We also use local papers althoguh in these, the use of photographs is not always the desirable route for print quality consistency among reasons.

Fees
Our charges are appropriate to the quality of service we provide, and there is some flexibility according to what you want from us.
Cheap agents invariably cut corners with their sales particulars, advertising and/or office locations and displays etc - realistically it's only by cutting corners that lower fees can be offered. The problem is that cutting corners will almost certainly lead to you achieving a lower selling price, or a slower move, or an otherwise poor service - so, whatever you gain on the swings, you'll likely lose more on the roundabouts.

Agency Terms
An important feature of our terms is that in most cases we will ask for only four weeks' written notice of termination of our agency contract (some agents want a contract lasting two or three months). We prefer clients are with us because they want us to act for them, rather than feel they are tied to us. We also hope to provide some measure of reassurance that we will never become complacent. Incidentally, it is extremely rare that we are ever dis-instructed.

Service - Viewing Feedback
Within 24 hours of someone seeing your home we'll try to obtain feedback from them, and where the comment is significant we'll advise you by telephone what they say directly afterwards. Each 7/14 days we'll give you a written report giving all feedback, so giving an indication of general interest.

Accompanied Viewings
We are always happy to accompany our prospective purchasers.
